• Resource node id not reset upon resource forum deletion

• Already created resource forums are not updated (prefix, …) when using the tools rebuild
• Missing forum type phrase

• Rebuild fails if a resource has an existing discussion thread but the thread is deleted

We have updated our Core add-on a template was included in that new version and is required for RM Resource Forums

Upon rebuild newly created forum are not set as auto-watched by resource author
