Description:
The plugin alerts when a new member or a user from the risky member user group creates a topic.

Features:

• A configurable warning banner appears only to the conversation recipient, never to the starter.
• Optionally require exclusive membership (starter must be ONLY in the selected group(s))
• One or multiple usergroups
• Fully customizable warning message
• Logging system (with ACP viewer)
• Ensures warnings are never logged twice for the same viewer/conversation, even if Admin deletes logs later.
• The warning notice is automatically injected into conversation_view without manual editing.
